Vendor Policy

At FinxCart, we welcome financial professionals, educators, developers, and service providers to sell their products and services on our platform. This Vendor Policy outlines the rules, responsibilities, and expectations for all vendors operating on finxcart.com.
1. Eligibility to Sell
To become a vendor on FinxCart, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid email address and business or personal contact details
- Agree to FinxCart's Terms & Conditions and Vendor Terms
- Provide accurate information during the vendor registration process
2. Approved Product & Service Categories
Vendors may list products and services in the following categories:
- Trading APIs (Brokerage, Algorithmic, Market Data, Risk Management, etc.)
- CRM & Dashboard Tools for financial businesses
- Forex Webinars and Educational Content
- Pre-Built Websites for trading and brokerage firms
- Integration and Customization Services
- Trading Signals, Bots, and Automation Tools
- Financial News and Data Services
FinxCart reserves the right to approve or reject any listing that does not align with our platform's focus or policies.
3. Prohibited Listings
Vendors are strictly prohibited from listing:
- Fraudulent, misleading, or unverified financial products
- Get-rich-quick schemes or guaranteed profit claims
- Unlicensed financial advice or regulated investment services (without proper credentials)
- Plagiarized, stolen, or copyright-infringing content
- Malicious software, scripts, or harmful digital products
- Any product or service that violates local or international financial regulations
Violations will result in immediate listing removal and possible account suspension.
4. Listing Requirements
All product and service listings must include:
- A clear and accurate title and description
- Honest pricing with no hidden fees
- Accurate category and subcategory selection
- High-quality images or preview materials where applicable
- Realistic delivery timelines for services
Misleading listings will be removed without prior notice.
5. Pricing & Fees
- Vendors set their own pricing for products and services
- FinxCart charges a platform commission on each successful transaction (see your vendor dashboard for current rates)
- Prices must be listed in supported currencies on the platform
- Vendors are responsible for any applicable taxes on their earnings
6. Order Fulfillment
- Vendors are responsible for delivering products or services within the stated timeframe
- Digital products must be accessible immediately or within a clearly communicated delivery window
- For services, vendors must communicate clearly with buyers regarding timelines and deliverables
- Failure to fulfill orders may result in refunds being issued and account penalties
7. Refunds & Disputes
- Vendors must honor refund requests that comply with FinxCart's refund guidelines
- In case of a dispute between a buyer and vendor, FinxCart will mediate and make a final decision
- Repeated disputes or complaints may lead to vendor account suspension
- Vendors may not retaliate against buyers who raise legitimate complaints
8. Vendor Conduct
All vendors are expected to:
- Communicate professionally and promptly with buyers
- Respond to customer inquiries within 48 hours
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date listings at all times
- Not engage in price manipulation, fake reviews, or any form of platform abuse
9. Intellectual Property
- Vendors confirm they own or have the legal right to sell all listed products
- FinxCart will respond to valid intellectual property complaints and remove infringing content
- Vendors found repeatedly violating IP rights will be permanently banned
10. Account Suspension & Termination
FinxCart reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a vendor account for:
- Repeated policy violations
- Fraudulent activity or chargebacks
- Providing false information during registration
- Any activity that harms buyers or the reputation of the platform
11. Changes to This Policy
FinxCart may update this Vendor Policy at any time. Vendors will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued selling on the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
